Welcome to my little corner of the MOB FAMILY website.
This page is going to be about one thing: helping you get stronger without wasting everything you worked so hard to earn. And yes, my ridiculousness will absolutely come out at some point. Probably sooner than later. You’ve been warned. LOL
Police Chief is one of those games where it is VERY easy to see a red dot and immediately think:
MUST.
CLICK.
EVERYTHING.
Speedups? Gone.
Fragments? Used.
Resources? What resources?
Then three days later an event starts and you’re sitting there staring at your empty inventory like:
”…well shit.”
Been there. ![]()
So we’re going to try something different. More power does not always mean a stronger account. Strategy matters. Timing matters. Knowing when NOT to touch your stuff matters. And figuring out where your account is actually weak matters a hell of a lot more than making the big power number go brrrrrr.
Rule #1: FOR THE LOVE OF MOB, STOP USING EVERYTHING I know.
There’s a red dot.
It’s bothering you.
You can practically hear it calling your name.
Ignore it.
One of the easiest ways to screw yourself in this game is using every speedup, officer fragment, resource item, stamina item and upgrade material the second you get it. A lot of that stuff can earn you points later. Using it today might make you slightly stronger. Saving it for the right event can make you stronger AND get you rewards.
We like free stuff around here.
Before you dump a pile of resources into something, ask: “Can this give me points in an event?” If yes…
STEP AWAY FROM THE BUTTON.
Clover believes in you.
Rule #2: YOUR POWER NUMBER IS LYING TO YOU Okay, maybe not lying. But it’s definitely not telling you the whole story. Two players can have almost identical power and one of them can absolutely demolish the other. Why? Because one player built strategically. The other upgraded everything shiny. Don’t be Shiny Guy. Instead of: “Ooooooh, I can upgrade this!” Ask:
“Is upgrading this actually going to help me?”
Maybe your health is terrible. Maybe your penetration needs work. Maybe your strongest troop type isn’t nearly as strong as you think it is. Maybe you’ve invested resources into twelve different directions and created the Police Chief equivalent of a junk drawer. We’re fixing that.
Focused growth > random button smashing.
Rule #3: EVENTS START BEFORE EVENTS START
Read that again.
If Chief Almighty starts Monday, your strategy shouldn’t begin Monday. Preparation happens beforehand. You save. You stockpile. You hoard like a tiny digital dragon sitting on a pile of speedups.
Then when the right phase arrives… RELEASE THE HOARD.
Now the same resources you were already going to use are also earning points and rewards. Congratulations. You just learned delayed gratification. Your parents would be so proud.
Rule #4: YOU DON’T NEED TO SELL A KIDNEY TO BE USEFUL Do spenders help alliances? Of course. Thank you, whales. We appreciate your service.
But you absolutely do not need to spend ridiculous amounts of money to be valuable to MOB FAMILY.
You can contribute by joining rallies correctly, participating in events, saving resources for important phases, improving your formations, sharing information, helping newer members and actually listening when leadership posts strategy. Basically: Be active. Be smart. Don’t make us chase you with a stick. A coordinated alliance is significantly stronger than 100 powerful people doing 100 completely different things.
Rule #5: ASK THE DAMN QUESTION There are approximately 4,732 currencies, buttons, systems, events, shops, officers and mysterious little boxes in this game. Nobody knows everything. If you’re wondering whether you should use something… ASK. If you’re wondering what officer to work on… ASK. If you’re wondering why someone half your size just kicked your ass… Definitely ask. ![]()
I’d much rather someone say: “Clover, should I use these?” than come back five minutes later with: “So hypothetically… if someone just used 800 of these…” No. No hypothetical. You did it. I know you did it.
WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE
This page is basically going to be my collection of:
Things I wish people had told me before I wasted my shit.
We’ll cover:
GET STRONGER
Officers, formations, troop development, stats, gear and figuring out exactly where your account needs work.
SCORE SMARTER Event preparation, saving resources, stacking rewards and squeezing every possible point out of the things you already have.
BE A BETTER MOBSTER Rallies, teamwork, alliance etiquette, helping newer players and understanding that sometimes your individual decision affects 99 other people. No pressure.
There will also be quick guides, checklists, account reviews, tips and probably several: “Clover learned this the hard way so you don’t have to.” moments.
CLOVER SAYS… Before you hit USE, UPGRADE or CLAIM, ask yourself: “Would this shit be worth more later?” If the answer is yes…
PUT.
THE.
PHONE.
DOWN.
Sometimes the smartest thing you can do… is absolutely nothing. Which, ironically, is one of the hardest things for all of us to do. Welcome to Clover’s Corner. Let’s get stronger, score smarter and try not to waste all our shit. ![]()
